All Sales Are Final (With Legal Waiver)
Because our Products are digital goods delivered instantly and are accessible in full immediately upon purchase, all sales are final once your order is completed and your access is unlocked.
IMPORTANT FOR EU & UK CUSTOMERS:
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you generally have the right to cancel a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.
However, because you are purchasing digital content that is made available to you immediately:
- By completing your purchase and clicking the "Buy" or "Pay" button, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of this contract.
- You acknowledge and agree that you lose your statutory right of withdrawal (the 14-day cooling-off period) as soon as the digital content is delivered to your account or made available for download.
- Refunds will not be granted simply because you changed your mind, did not find the content useful, or failed to read the product description before purchasing.

Billing Errors & Unauthorized Transactions
Payments are handled by our merchant of record, Paddle.com Market Limited. If you believe you were charged in error, billed more than once, or if you notice an unauthorized transaction, contact us immediately at revenuedesigner@gmail.com. We will investigate and work with Paddle to resolve the billing issue.
Important: If you initiate a chargeback with your bank without contacting us first to resolve a legitimate billing issue, we reserve the right to suspend your account and permanently revoke your access to the Products while the chargeback is being disputed. We will cooperate fully with Paddle and your bank to resolve the matter.
Cancellations
Our Products are one-time purchases, not recurring subscriptions, so there is no recurring billing to cancel. If we introduce subscription-based products in the future, you will be able to manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
